A true sport combination: in Kito, proven performance genes come together from both sire and dam. His sire Kept Secret de L’Amitié, a son of Kasanova de la Pomme, carries the legendary blood of Jeleena – Eureka van ’t Roosakker.

On the dam’s side, the story continues with Balou van het Kapelhof Z, a daughter of Balou du Rouet, who herself competed up to 1m50 level with Jan van Alken. She descends from Becky van ’t Kapelhof, who performed at 1m40 level and founded a highly valuable damline. Becky produced not only Balou van het Kapelhof Z but also her half-sister Chloe van ’t Kapelhof (by Chippendale Z), who reached the very top of the sport with Janne Friederike Meyer-Zimmermann, collecting results at the highest international level.

Looking at Kito himself, we see a youthful colt already showing glimpses of his potential. With his energetic movement and powerful use of the hindleg, he promises to develop into an athlete with all the right ingredients for the future.

This family has produced even more successful international performers, including Casper van ’t Kapelhof, Selecto van ’t Kapelhof, Landor van ’t Keizershof, Udaryllis van ’t Keizershof, and Emostonis. All of them proved their worth at the top levels of international showjumping.

With such a pedigree and natural athleticism, Kito is a young prospect with everything it takes to make his mark in sport.
